橡膠型MS密封膠以橡膠為基料。常用橡膠有聚硫橡膠、硅橡膠、聚氨酷橡膠、氯丁橡膠和丁基橡膠等;樹脂型MS密封膠以樹脂為基料。常用樹脂有環(huán)氧樹脂、不飽和聚a樹脂、酚醛樹脂、聚丙烯酸樹脂、聚氯乙烯樹脂等;油基型MS密封膠以油料為基料。常用的油類有各種植物油如亞麻油、蓖麻油和桐油、以及動物油等。

按MS密封膠形態(tài)分類

膏狀MS密封膠屬低級別MS密封膠，通常采用3種主要材料，油和樹脂;聚丁烯;瀝青。常用于密封小窗戶的固定玻璃，其接縫移動變形量最大為+5%或一5%，使用有效期一般為2年。

液態(tài)彈性體MS密封膠包括經硫化可形成彈性狀態(tài)的液態(tài)聚合物。他們具有承受重復的接縫變形能力。液態(tài)彈性體MS密封膠使用壽命一般為1520年。這類MS密封膠具有高的粘接力和剪切強度，室溫下具有良好的柔軟性。其缺點為價格高，通常情況下需要底膠，雙組分MS密封膠現場混合不方便，硫化時對溫度和濕度敏感等。

熱熔MS密封膠又稱為熱施工型MS密封膠，是指以彈性體同熱塑性樹脂摻合物為基料的MS密封膠。熱熔MS密封膠可配制成性能接近于液體彈性MS密封膠，但它比液體彈性MS密封膠優(yōu)越的是不需要加人硫化劑。

液體MS密封膠主要用于機械結合面的密封，以代替固體密封材料(紙片、石棉、軟木和硫化橡膠)，以防止機械內部流體從結合面泄漏，所以液體MS密封膠又稱為液體墊圈。http://www.m.n5224.cn/
