混凝土板片接縫中采用的單組分聚氨酯密封膠，除了要求粘接性之外，膠體本身的力學(xué)性能也非常重要。這是因?yàn)榛炷涟迤瑫?huì)隨著溫度的變化產(chǎn)生熱脹冷縮，以及建筑物會(huì)因風(fēng)壓和地震等產(chǎn)生輕微震動(dòng)，因而混凝土接縫會(huì)隨之產(chǎn)生位移。根據(jù)四川省《裝配整體式住宅建筑設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)程》的要求，“外墻接縫寬度設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)滿足在熱脹冷縮及風(fēng)荷載、地震作用等外界環(huán)境的影響下，其尺寸變形不會(huì)導(dǎo)致單組分聚氨酯密封膠的破裂或剝離破壞的要求。在設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)應(yīng)考慮接縫的位移，確定接縫寬度，使其滿足單組分聚氨酯密封膠最大容許變形率的要求”。除此之外，現(xiàn)行的一些國(guó)內(nèi)外建筑用單組分聚氨酯密封膠的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)也對(duì)力學(xué)性能有所規(guī)定，如所示。
給出了按照行標(biāo)JC/T881測(cè)試的硅寶668產(chǎn)品的部分力學(xué)生能，從結(jié)果可以看出，硅寶668混凝土接縫用硅酮單組分聚氨酯密封膠屬于25級(jí)LM產(chǎn)品，完全滿足國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)于接縫密封材料的要求。對(duì)于一般建筑規(guī)程要求的10至35mm混凝土接縫來(lái)說(shuō)，良好的位移能力和彈生恢復(fù)率能夠保障單組分聚氨酯密封膠的應(yīng)變適應(yīng)性和完整性，可以用于預(yù)制混凝土接縫防水密封。
在JGJl-2014《裝配式混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)程》中，明確表示建筑接縫防水密封材料應(yīng)選用耐候性材料。如果材料選擇不當(dāng)，則會(huì)影響單組分聚氨酯密封膠使用壽命。輕則幾年之后單組分聚氨酯密封膠出現(xiàn)開裂，造成漏水;嚴(yán)重則甚至使裝配后不久就出現(xiàn)單組分聚氨酯密封膠失效，影響建筑物的安全。http://www.m.n5224.cn/
