混合，溫度升高到12090，并進行真空除水4h，降低溫度到4090，然后按照順序添加功能性助0.31%，除濕劑1.21%，催化劑0.81 %，粘接劑1.21%，均勻混合，然后進行真空脫泡，獲得高強度MS密封膠。剪切強度，利用萬能電子拉力試驗機檢測;拉伸強度與斷裂伸長率利用萬能電子拉力試驗機檢測;

硬度利用邵爾A硬度計檢測;貯存穩(wěn)定性檢測，把密封包裝產(chǎn)品放置到7090恒溫箱內(nèi)，存放7d，然后轉(zhuǎn)換到室溫狀態(tài)，測試性能變化;壓流赫度利用壓流豁度計檢測;粘接性檢測，間隔1d詳細觀察粘接情況，利用900拉扯膠片，直到膠層內(nèi)部出現(xiàn)100%內(nèi)聚破壞，詳細記錄粘接形成耗費的具體時間。

預(yù)MS密封膠性能的影響在MS密封膠中，預(yù)聚物屬于主體成分，利用結(jié)構(gòu)不同的預(yù)聚物制備的產(chǎn)品，其力學(xué)性能存在顯著偏差。利用3種不同聚合物獲得相應(yīng)密封膠，其中MS2的勃度最低，MS3的豁度最高。具體力學(xué)性能如表1所示。

由表可以看出，赫度增加，斷裂伸長率也會隨之增加，這是由于勃度大的預(yù)聚物，其分子質(zhì)量也較大，相同質(zhì)量預(yù)聚物可供交聯(lián)的官能團相對偏少，交聯(lián)度比較低，柔韌性良好，這樣一來，斷裂伸長率就會越高。而隨著拉伸強度增加，剪切強度也逐漸增加，這代表MS密封膠的粘接性受界面附著力與聚合物本體強度的雙重影響。其中，預(yù)聚物的側(cè)鏈結(jié)構(gòu)也與膠的強度密切相關(guān)，分子間作用力越大，內(nèi)聚力越大，強度越高，所以，MS3的強度與伸長率相對較高，將其作為基料并配合助劑，能夠獲得性能更好的高強度MS密封膠氣。http://www.m.n5224.cn/
